It's better to find your own way, regardless of where it leads. Jesus, Jesu was rebellious, he didn't 'care' for the Roman Government, The Sanhedrin, the money lenders, or a fig tree that was in in his way! Then, we have people now and before, who cling to a line of conformity and declare that all who don't share their vision of religions/life/culture are damned and worthless.
They can't see the rebellious nature of their own religion and say that they are holy and above others. Merit (true worth) only makes one above others ( Personal Knowledge that others come to learn). This is equally true of all religions, one who rebelled then became god-like. If you must have others tell you how to think, dress, and behave, then you have become the opposite of your 'master'. People can go on about how they hate their boss, work, other people, differences, etc., yet they don't see these as blasphemies and rebellions, as well? Live and Die in your own creation, regardless of the glory or suffering. Those who have to be in the popularity contest and excel in holding up the 'holy mainstream' have no suffering, but much false glory. They have already killed their exemplars and teachers! Oh, but these are contradictions, life is contradiction. Opposition and Obedience, but you decide the merit of the belief and not social more's/ popular culture/ edicts/ moral declarations from others.
