Hotels sold out for 2017 solar eclipse


According to U.S. Folklore, if you can kiss your elbow during an Eclipse you can change your sex...male to female - female to male (a little joke on Our Part, although that is real folklore).  Anyway, there are far too many 'world changing' scientific observations and ritual practices to be accomplished in rare regional total solar eclipses!
