A gift from a neighbor.  This is something you would never find in rural Tennessee, Nashville, or Memphis.  It comparable to the old 'medicinal liqueurs', like Scwharzhog, Jagermeister (Germany) and Zwack (Hungary).  They are slightly variable in taste and composition, however.
