Joy Division + - , North Carolina Lore

In North Carolina folklore this was the mark of a witch (hexe, haxsen, hekse).  + -, I won't describe how it was placed or how it was 'transmitted'.  However, -+- is formula of life and it's consequence, even among the uninformed.  Funnily enough, 'alternative' music was always well aware of this.
