A practical post about stress or 'stress makes you stupid'

The maxim "stress makes you stupid", was taught to many Psychology students in U.S. Universities and probably still taught.  The point wasn't to demean stress, but inform that stress can make you do strange things and become forgetful.  The point being that low stress, will increase your mental acuity, job stress, financial worries, increase creativity and boost immunity.  The only way we know to help these things are to visit the Psychologist, the Psychiatrist, take your prescribed SSRI's and exercise.  Walking or 'Holy Natural Pilgrimage/Self Pilgrimage', regardless of your beliefs, alleviates stress.  You don't have to be going to a destination, you just have to walking. For those who do not possess the use of the legs, the use of the arms in the 'chair' is just effective.  For those who possess neither the use of legs or arms, a safe outdoor journey in the 'chair', helps as well.  We hope this helps...
