To those who just can't be asked or bothered with 'customer service or hospitality' workers...

I see your hate, impatience, irritation...fear not, we will soon be gone!  In five to ten years, the check-out, check-in process will be fully computerized.  Then the pesky humans won't bother the 'holy' customer.  Have fun with that, even though you don't know how to use the chip in your card ;-)  Lurvz...
