Corporate nonsense
Paypal can certainly charge you a fee (for nothing), then withhold your money for three days (in actuality, a longer period). Then you are overdrawn at your local bank which is another (larger fee). We have no feelings for the regional bank president, who blew his brains out. They all should follow. What? it's not like a hard working poor person died?
