"Procure a large Hazelnut, that has a wormhole or natural hole within. Clean the nut with a needle so the inside is empty. Then you must take the "Peacock Mirror" (the 'eye' of a Peacock feather) and stuff as much as possible in the Hazelnut. Then put quicksilver in the hole and seal it with 'virgin beeswax'. Place the Hazelnut in a little Crimson cloth bag and wear it around the neck."
