Silene regia (the catchfly royal wheel of the 'meeting house')

The 'royal' red wheel, which spins the witch to the 'meeting -house' or the local 'tower/castle".   This 'sticky' plant catches 'horses' for 'meetings'.  In the meeting house 'bar' or 'jottle', (Jar or bottle of the Sabbat), it is protection and transport, beneath ye 'trundle'...  The plant flourishes in 'this' place in Tennessee!
