First 'impress' of Palo Azul (Cyclolepsis) as 'incense'

Palo Azul has a forest like scent, with little smoke.  The small amount of smoke suggests a 'secretive nature'.

It 'produces images' of  thick choking vines, hiding activities (which folklore suggests), 'melancholic mood' and anxiousness.  Activities that are illegal, untoward, secret and hiding are under it's use as incense.  However, the 'dark mood' it produces as incense suggests it may be better suited to aqueous and telluric use (as a 'water' (suggested by folklore, again) or carved into a bead, kept on the person for keeping 'matters out of sight'.   After the 'experiment', large amounts of gum sandarac (Moroccan tree Arar) and White Sanders (Mysore Sandalwood) were burned to dispel the 'mood' created by the burning Palo Azul.
