Each belief says this 'day' or that 'day' is sacrosanct. I often find myself at odds with the world of 'regular' people, because they want to soil night-time with mundane activities, like work. I often feel at odds with myself when I work at night. Night-time is for rest, trance, contemplation and covert activities or the other extreme, wild untamed nature (even in humanity, e.g., 'wild parties', thievery, 'sexual phantasie', violence-I'm not advocating this, and 'rule breaking'). It's not some corporate playground. The modern saying of ignorance is 'nothing good happens after 3 a.m., reminiscent of the silly old-fashioned 'witching hour' or be in bed before 12 am. Sleep/Dreaming/Travelling is precious (but, to fear-monger the Night to those who are in 'sympathy' with the Night, is ignorance).
Overt and mundane energies are present in Gregorian dates (modern) of the calendar. This due to fact that most use this calendar, presently. Excitement builds over New-Style, Hallowe'en, Christmas, Easter, July the 4th (WHICH can be thought U.S. mid-summer or St. John's). These days do not carry the subtle enlightening energies of the 'holidays' of our pre 19th century Ancestors. You (One) might test the verity of the statement by observing the 'qualities' of these days, for yourself.
