The Paw - Paw tree (Asimina triloba) is one of the trees of the South Eastern U.S.'s , "Man in Black" "Slender-Man", "The Black Horse-rider at the Crossroads", a.k.a. "Little funny boy ('Dog-Paw') . It gathers many 'northern' winter spirits. The tree's animals are the American Opossum ('possum - Didelphis virginiana) , White Tailed Deer ( Odocoileus virginianus), the Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes) and the native U.S. Gray Fox ( Urocyon cinereoargenteus). The Persimmon tree is the lesser power ( Diospyros virginiana ), but of similar substance/usage. Four quadruple stobs buried at the (four way) crossroads or three-way forked crossroads, at 'special hours' will call 'HIM' continuously, until the stobs rot.
